No burpees, tuck jumps or press ups here. At SLAM Fitness we believe fitness should be fun. SLAM Fitness have TAPfit and Bounce DanceFit classes every Thursday in Paisley.

Yeah, but what is it?
TAPfit is the world's first dance fitness class where you become the beat, thanks to our (patented) feet beats. You don't need tap shoes and you definitely don't need to have any dance experience.

Bounce DanceFit incorporates 5 different styles of dance - Hip-Hop, Commercial, Waacking, Vogue and House (all the best tunes. Each routine is carefully choreographed to make them super easy to follow and super fun.

Sign me up! When?
Every Thursday 7:00-8:00pm for our Double Double - 30mins TAPfit straight into 30mins Bounce Dancefit.

Who is SLAM Fitness?
SLAM Fitness is run by Sam & Laura. Both have danced for 33 years and have been teaching for 19. Sam and Laura were both trained in TAPfit by the fabulous Johnson sisters - creators of TAPfit and in Bounce Dancefit by Vicky Bentham, the founder, Franco Conquista's UK sidekick.
