Inverclyde’s countdown to Christmas will get underway this month with a host of fun festive lights switch-on events across our towns and villages.

Entertainment has been planned at each event including music and a visit from Santa Claus before the big countdown to the switch on.

Gourock: Fri 21 Nov Kempock Gardens From 6pm
Port Glasgow: Wed 26 Nov Port Glasgow Library From 6pm
Quarriers: Fri 28 Nov Village Centre From 3.30pm
Inverkip: Fri 28 Nov Inverkip Hub From 5.30pm
Kilmacolm: Fri 28 Nov Cargill Centre From 6pm
Wemyss Bay: Fri 28 Nov Community Centre From 7pm
Greenock: Sat 29 Nον West Blackhall Street 2pm - 5pm
