Online radio chat show going from strength to strength
When Rachael Smith started hosting her weekly chat show 'Buddie Talk' on Paisley Radio back in March this year, she never envisioned that it would take off quite as much as it has.

It’s now got to the point that she’s even been given another slot to air more episodes on a second show called ‘Buddie Talk Xtra’.
Rachael has had a wide variety of guests on her chat show so far. Everything from authors, artists, magicians, musicians, ministers, historians, yoga instructors, local business owners, charities and she has loads more exciting guests planned for future episodes.
Rachael said: “I’ve been really touched and overwhelmed by the response to ‘Buddie Talk’. Sometimes guests tell me that they feel nervous about talking on the radio but afterwards they say how much they enjoyed it and how relaxed I made them feel. The feedback from listeners is that it sounds very natural and more like friends chatting, which is exactly how I want it to sound. If anyone would like to come on and chat about what they’re doing, please get in touch. Even if you’re not local but have an interesting story to share, we can record it over Zoom and you don’t have to come in to the studio in Paisley. You can email me on team@paisleyradio.com”
