Children learn to crawl before they walk...and walk before they run... So why expect a child to progress from riding a tricycle and/or bicycle with stabilisers, to riding a bicycle without? The opportunity to master the key aspects of static and dynamic balance is essential. Balanceability is the UK's first accredited 'learn to cycle' programme for children aged 2½ to 6 years old.
Wee Wobblers is delivering Balanceability Level 1 at the Paisley Lagoon Centre. Children will receive a Wee Wobblers t-shirt at the start of the course and a course completion certificate at the end of the level. Please note each session lasts for 45 mins this includes warm up, balance activities and games and time on the balance bikes. Each session is carefully structured to build upon the skills developed throughout the course to enable your child to safely ride a balance bike. This course will enhance their fine and gross motor skills, balance skills, spatial awareness and social skills that can be transferred to other activities.
Each block is £48.00, this covers lessons, equipment is provided including bikes and helmets and a Wee Wobblers T-shirt.
