Weekly Daisy Birthing® Birth Movement and Preparation Class (6 week block)

If you are between 14 - 42 weeks pregnant, whatever your age or background and whatever birth you are planning then Daisy Birthing is the right class for you.

Our unique classes combine an innovative combination of movement, relaxation, breathing and learning and are designed to support you throughout your pregnancy, keep you active using gentle movements, help with common pregnancy ailments, prepare your body for your upcoming birth - and also help with your labour.

Most of all it is designed to help you feel positive whatever turn your birth journey takes.

Classes also provide mums to be with time to connect with baby, relax and meet other new mums.
