We offer yoga classes, massage and natural therapy, all of which are designed to leave you with a deeper sense of wellbeing and wholeness.

The goal of yoga is to connect mind, body and spirit. It will do so much more than help you to gain flexibility. Yoga will improve your physical and mental strength, help you to have better focus and to be happier!

With classes to suit every level of fitness and a firm commitment to traditional yoga principles, SANA will travel alongside you on your journey.

Massage is a very effective way to improve your overall health and wellbeing. Whether you wish to address specific pain issues and/or focus on relaxation, you will find a treatment to support you with your goals. Allow yourself to experience a deep sense of wellbeing and serenity.

We are conveniently located in central Scotland, 10 minutes from Glasgow and with easy access from the M8.
