Our aim is to inspire the next generation of young musicians, ignite curiosity, foster learning, and inspire creativity in children of all ages.
Founded by local musician Grant McFarlane, our journey began in 2015 as a week-long event and has since blossomed into a year-round programme, reaching over 12,000 young people in 2023. One of our key aims is to make Gaelic culture accessible and affordable for all, irrespective of background or circumstance.
At Fèis Phàislig, we pride ourselves on being inclusive and diverse. Our calendar is packed with projects and events and we believe there's something for everyone to explore within our programme.
Since our inception in 2015, Fèis Phàislig has become a cornerstone of the local cultural calendar. Through strong partnerships, we not only provide cultural opportunities but also create jobs for local musicians, tutors, and arts practitioners.
Join us on this exciting journey of music, Gaelic and fun! Your child can immerse themselves in a our ongoing opportunities and events, many of which are offered for free. Discover the possibilities, and let your child's cultural adventure begin with Fèis Phàislig.
