This friendly bar and restaurant is a unique mix of apres-ski lounge and Bavarian Inn and has been styled by award-winning designers. Guests can even watch the action from the comfort of their seats overlooking the slopes.
Offering a Bavarian themed menu, including the signature dish, Goulash soup, Venison sausage and sharing platters, boasting three types of German sausage served on a bed of saurkraut and the flame grilled Aberdeen Angus is a favourite.
The bar offers a wealth of beverages including a must-sample selection of German beers. Bar Varia is great for parties and family occasions, but is equally ideal for those simply looking to enjoy a taste of Bavaria.
