We currently train every Monday night at Johnstone Hub from 8pm-9pm. Whether you are just starting, looking for exercise, meeting new friends or bringing those boots out of retirement. Johnstone Burgh Ladies are happy to welcome you to come try it out. The training is very well tailored and we work hard but we also get some great laughs!
