We will begin this session with a warming cup of Ceremonial Cacao, renowned for its heart opening and relaxing properties. You will then be invited to snuggle up under a cosy blanket and relax completely as the room is filled with the wonderful sound of traditional singing bowls, gongs and more! The combination of Cacao and Therapeutic Sound is truly magical. You are sure to emerge from this experience feeling brand new!
