About Yuletide Yin Yoga For Charity

No experience required, suitable for complete beginners to yoga, for all ages 16 -100. Mats and all props provided.

Yin Yoga is a meditative practice where the postures are held for longer and the body is supported by bolsters/ yoga blocks concluding in a longer shavasana (relaxation) with optional adjustment ( shoulder, neck , hand massage).
Allows you to slow down, relax, and turn inward, which helps alleviate stress and restore your energy levels.

What to expect:
A warm welcome and relaxing Christmassy atmosphere!
Pranayama (controlled breathing to relax the body)
Various Yin poses ( accessible for everyone )
Shavasana with optional adjustment
Small refreshment and gift.

All proceeds being donated to The Renfrewshire Toy Bank which supports lots of other local charities to help provide a Merry Christmas for all children in Renfrewshire.
