Are you excited for Christmas shopping? No? Well, we'd like to make it a little bit more exciting.
Come along and meet a whole host of lovely authors who are joining us to sign their books to make your Christmas gifts even more special!
Friday 22nd November:
The talented authors we have the pleasure of hosting this evening are:
Children's authors L D Lapinski, author of The Biggest Christmas Secret Ever (among others) and Martin Stewart, talented author of books for children aged 9-12, teen and he will also be signing his debut adult crime novel Double Proof.
Science Fiction and Fantasy authors Gareth Brown and Nicholas Binge will be with us signing copies of The Book of Doors and Ascension, respectively.
We will also have debut author David Goodman signing copies of A Reluctant Spy and Glasgow favourite Callum McSorley will be here signing Squeaky Clean.
Woodworker Callum Robinson, author of Ingrained, will also be here signing copies of his beautiful book. This one is a mixture of memoir and nature writing and will make a lovely gift.
For all those football fans you know, Julie McNeill and Campbell Ramage will be here signing copies of their book We Are Scottish Football.
Friday 29th November:
Braehead's favourite children's author Lindsay Littleson, author of Ice Cream Boy, and debut author Jack Jackman will be here with his book Maisie Vs Antarctica.
A wonderful selection of crime authors; Denise Mina who has graced our shelves with some wonderful Glasgow crime novels, Lin Anderson author of the Rhona MacLeod series and D.V. Bishop who created the character Cesare Aldo.
We will also be joined by C J Cooke and her creepy novels, The Book of Witching and The Ghost Woods to name two, and Lorraine Wilson who will be signing copies of her new book We Are All Ghosts in the Forest.
Last, but by no means least, Andy the Highlander will be here signing copies of his lovely book Lochs and Legends.
So, if you're looking for some special and original gifts come along and we're sure you'll find something here.
