Make time for yoga!
Would you like to make yoga part of your life but not sure how to get started?
Maybe you don’t have enough time to attend classes throughout the week but online just seems too impersonal?
The answer could be right here on your doorstep! Here at SANA Yoga we are running a Beginners’ Ashtanga Yoga Workshop on Sunday 27th October from 10am-3pm. This full day immersion will help you to develop all the skills you need to begin your own practice at home. Fortnightly Sunday classes (9.30am-11.30am) will then provide you with regular opportunities to deepen your practice even further.
Why Ashtanga?
Ashtanga is ideal for beginners! It follows a set sequence of postures which have been designed to help your body adjust gently to the challenges yoga offers, building strength and flexibility gradually as you progress through the sequence, at your own pace. As you continue on this journey, adding more postures when you feel ready, you will discover that the repetitive nature of this practice is one of the greatest benefits! It allows you to switch off and enjoy the meditative flow, bringing all the wonderful benefits of yoga into your life.
So why not join us on Sunday 27th October? We will have fun learning the basic postures, ensuring you are ready to begin practising regularly at home, with confidence and ease! We will also explore the history and philosophy of this wonderful practice, bringing yoga to life in your life.
