After a wonderful discussion about the vivid imagery and shocking revelations in The Trials of Marjorie Crowe, we have chosen The Outrun by Amy Liptrot as our second book club read.
Part autobiogrpahy, part nature observations, this is the story of Amy as she returns home to Orkney to recover. As she swims each morning in the cold sea and spends her days tracking wildlife, Amy discovers how the wild can restore life and renew hope.
Join us in Tinderbox on the ground floor of the food court to discuss this powerful and moving story.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
