In this monthly session SANA Yoga will combine the deep healing potential of restorative yoga with the transformative power of traditional sound therapy. A beautiful way to unwind on a Friday evening!

Restorative yoga enables complete relaxation and relief from stress. The main focus is on releasing the body and mind without any strain at all, using props to aid this process. This style of yoga is especially beneficial for physical and mental restoration. Your body will begin the healing process when you are in the deepest state of relaxation.
Sound Therapy is a gentle, full-body listening experience that enables a deeply relaxed and meditative state. The vibrations of the instruments resonate with the natural vibrations present throughout our whole body and induce a feeling of peace and serenity, allowing maintenance and repair to happen while we relax! Sound healing works at a cellular level, helping to unblock stagnant energy, giving our bodies and minds a chance to reset, repair and rejuvenate.
