Ladies Rugby Fit
Ladies Rugby Fit is running every Wednesday evening at Birkmyre Park, Kilmacolm. It is a fun introduction to rugby basics and a great way to meet some new friends and get some exercise!
About Ladies Rugby Fit
It is non-competitive and non-contact. Age 16+
The sessions are led by Club President, Brian McMillan, who is the father of current Scotland Internationalist, Louise.
Sessions are free to come along and try for a few weeks after which a small club membership fee is due should you wish to attend on a regular basis.
