Celebrate Scotland's beloved bard, Robert Burns, with a night of drinking, dining and dancing in our Portland Suite. Start with an optional three-course supper before heading to the dance floor for a lively ceilidh with the Borland Ceilidh Band. Kilts encouraged.

3-Course Supper & Ceilidh: £55 per person

Ceilidh Only with Arrival Drink: £15 per person

As seen on TV such as ITV “This Morning” with Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, the Borland Ceilidh Band, from Kilmarnock and Irvine, are one of Scotland’s music and cultural gems.

Everyone can enjoy a ceilidh, no matter how many dances they know. The Borland Ceilidh Bands’ dedicated dance instructor remains on the floor all night to ensure that everyone can fully participate and remains inclusive and fun for all.

Starter - Crisp Haggis Bon Bon, Turnip Fondant, Potato & Chive Velouté
Main - Oven-Roasted Scottish Chicken Supreme, Crispy Bacon & Leek Skirlie, Roast Celeriac, Wild Mushroom & White Wine Sauce
Dessert - Whisky Panna Cotta, Raspberry Granola, Honey Gel, Fresh Raspberries, Raspberry Tuile
