A free Iyengar Yoga taster class to celebrate National Iyengar Yoga Day is being held at UWS Student's Union in Paisley on Saturday 18th January!

About National Iyengar Yoga Day

The event is to raise awareness of Iyengar Yoga and provide an opportunity for people to experience it. The session will be led by 2 experienced Iyengar Yoga teachers, Amanda Jane Walton level 1 & Theresa Correia level 2.

There will be time after the class for some refreshments & a chat, please come along and bring your friends & family to try Iyengar Yoga.
