Welcome to Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland’s Walking for Health Project.

This low level, inclusive health walk is open to everyone - walks are free, social and last approximately 1 hour.

The walk starts and finishes at The Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland Shop, 3 Bridgewater Shopping Centre, Erskine, PA8 7AA. Please contact the Walking for Health team before attending - call Jacq on 07388 378 605 or email walking@chss.org.uk
