Ready to enter into the world of two exceptional poets? Bringing together Mary Ford Neal and Lauren Pope, you’re invited to dive headfirst into conversation surrounding memory, personhood, and place.
In relativism, Mary Ford Neal plays around with how reliable memory is, what we can or cannot know about who we are and the places that shape us, while Lauren Pope’s Always Erase, in the words of Malika Booker, ‘grapples with loss, erasure and invisibility’, as her latest Close your Eyes when you Look at Me offers an immediacy through the majority being written in just one week.
So much to dive into, so little time – one not to miss.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
