MotherVoices is a brand new singing group for new mums (not exclusively brand-new mums!) and caregivers starting on Friday 30th September at Life Church, Paisley!
About MotherVoices: A Singing Group For New Mums & Caregivers
A singing group for new mums (not exclusively brand-new mums!) and caregivers. Babies and toddlers welcome, with the focus on the mums/caregivers doing something for themselves and boosting their wellbeing through singing together.
I've experienced first-hand how becoming a mother can radically change who we are. It can be a lonely and overwhelming time, no matter how much we love our child, or whether or not we gave birth to our child, or what number child they are.
I've also seen the power of singing together to create a group bond and a sense of finding our voice.
As a voice coach, choir leader and postnatal doula-in-training, I combined all of this together to create MotherVoices!
Come and meet other new mums/caregivers, sing together, talk about the shared process we're going through, and learn some tools to ease this transition into a new, more magical, version of You!
Starts Friday 30th September 2022, 6 week blocks. Check out the website for more details and to book.
