From the creators of the Social Distance Santa and Elf Experience, we saved Christmas during the pandemic with our hit sell out experiences!
Welcome to the North Pole - you are greeted by your Imaginarium Tour guide character. They will escort you on a two hour journey through Imagination.
Meet and Greet with Nutmeg our Baker elf, hear jokes from Sparky the Reindeer trainer of the North Pole (No reindeer present at the experience) Dance along with our Elves, sing your heart out!
Playtime with our elves and an exclusive area for our little baby guests. Making babies first Christmas Extra Magical.
After your Elf Experience you will meet the Wonderful Mrs Claus before embarking off on an adventure to post that all important letter to Santa. You can bring your own or make your own on the experience.
Our magical North Pole delivery service is top secret, never before been told!
After you have posted your letter you will head on up the turnpike stairs of our Gothic Imaginarium to meet Santa.
Santa's office space before the big day is over run with lists and letters, jam packed with toys ready for dispatch but we are sur he can make time to see you all before Christmas eve.
Have your photo taken professionally by our on site photographer Pearl & Plum. A small pocket money toy is included within our experience - however we remind you we specialise in experiences and that is surely what we will deliver!
Before you leave browse thorough the Christmas Emporium. A wonderful indoor market filed to the brim with beautiful gifts and treats. Burger Food Van, Coffee and Donuts and Sweets all available from outdoor vendors and small kids rides.

Child Admission £26.50 (First adult on your booking goes free)
Infant - 0-12 months £10
Adult £8
Our event is fully accessible, however we have strictly limited to 1 wheelchair per session for your comfort and for health and safety.
Prams and Pushchairs MUST be left downstairs for your visits with Santa

Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
