Welcome to my new fitness concepts in Renfrewshire that are designed for you in mind to become "Fabulous and Fitter". Here is a list of my classes to suit all from beginner to advanced:
Monday:
12pm - Sosa/Ballroom Fitness Combo - Ralston Community Centre
6pm - Tone@Lates(Intense) - St. Aiden's Johnstone
Tuesday:
10.30am - Ballroom Fitness - Foxbar Community centre
Wednesday:
7.00pm - Pilates (small equipment) - McMaster centre Johnstone
Thursday:
10.00am - Older Adult circuit - McMaster centre Johnstone
Friday:
10.00am - Ballroom fitness - Beechwood community Centre
Daytime £4.00 / Evening £5.00
