This class is suitable for beginners and improvers looking to explore the dynamic, flowing practice of Ashtanga yoga.

You will directly experience the synchronization of breath and movement, within the energetic sequence of postures of the Primary series.

In 2009 Alanna qualified as a Yoga Alliance accredited teacher under the tuition of June Mitchell and Julie Hanson of CYS, and continues to remain a student of yoga.

Tuesday evenings 7.30 pm to 8.45 pm.
£8 drop in or discounted block booking pass.
