This Walking Tour will take you along the pathway of the old Paisley Canal where 85 lives were tragically lost in the terrible canal disaster on 10th November 1810 also earlier that year further along the canal is where our local Paisley Poet/Song Writer & Weaver Robert Tannahill took his own life and drowned in 17th May 1810.
For anyone with walking difficulties there are mobility scooters available for hire free of charge for this tour.
