About Living Well with MS - Newly Diagnosed Support

Have you been newly diagnosed with MS?

Would you like to meet other people who have recently been diagnosed with MS?

Would you like to share your experiences with others?

We’re running our Living Well with MS sessions in different parts of Scotland and we’d like you to join us! Living Well with MS is held over two half days and will give you the chance to get to know other people who have also recently had a diagnosis. Following the sessions you’ll have the opportunity to stay in touch with others online.

What do these sessions include?

They aim to help you:

share your own experience of MS with others
feel more confident to set up and successfully achieve daily goals
understand what 'self-management' is
learn new skills to help support you to live well with MS
have a better understanding of which local organisations can offer you support
For more information, please contact Susi Paden or Coleen Kelly at MS Society Scotland on 0131 335 4050 or email receptionratho@mssociety.org.uk

These will be taking place in Ralston Community Centre on Monday 12th and Monday 26th November at 12.30-15.30 - this will include a short coffee break half way through.

We are committed to developing and improving our self-management offer and we are excited to begin the development of our new Living well with MS programme.
