This is a one-off session for those who have done Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing and want a refresher. Also for anyone who is interested, and considering signing on for a Sat morning 7 week course in late September.
TMW is a gentle series of movements to promote health and wellbeing. It is suitable for all levels of fitness, and all ages. It can be practiced either seated or standing.
You are welcome to come along to give it a try.
No experience needed.
Led by experienced tai chi teacher Teena Gould.
