Pound and Pace
Pound and Pace is the annual guided charity walk around the Greenock Cut raising funds for local charities!
About Pound and Pace
Sorry, but this event has been and gone!
Greenock Cut Visitor Centre plays host to the annual Pound and Pace walking event, with monies raised going to local charities.
One of the standout walking events of the year, Pound and Pace has been running since 2007 and regularly raises hundreds of pounds for the chosen charity each year.
Over 100 walkers took part last year and we hope that a similar turnout again this year will create the fun atmosphere which is fast becoming the events trademark.
The walk is around 12km and should take 3-4 hours to complete, although there is no pressure to get round quickly.
All are welcome to attend and take the walk at your own pace, so bring your friends and families and make sure as much money as possible is raised for this year’s charity. Hopefully, the weather stays kind and we all have a fun day.
While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Pound and Pace are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
